Where Stories Brew and Conversations Flow
- Who owns the Nigerian story?
- Why doesn't Nollywood adapt more Nigerian books?
“What conversation would you like Nigeria to be having more often?”
Stories at the core.
I help brands, organizations, NGOs and communities turn ideas into programs people show up for, conversations they remember, and stories they actually engage with — planned with strategy, delivered with care.
A storyteller at heart. I use words, ideas and conversations to help brands and people connect in ways that mean something.
My work sits where storytelling meets strategy. I create content, host and moderate events, design communication campaigns and community programs, and help brands shape stories people care about.
People know me for a thoughtful approach, a sharp wit and a knack for finding the story under the surface. I believe every brand, event and person has a story worth telling, and worth telling well.
Outside client work, I'm drawn to literature, mental-health awareness and community building: spaces where people can learn, connect and share ideas.
Program design, project planning and coordination, from the concept note to the last group photo.
Concept notes, event scripts, run-of-show, moderation and discussion guides that hold an event together.
Community models, engagement plans and mentorship structures, built on stories, vulnerability and participation.
Articles, brand stories, campaign messaging and event scripts, written for the people who'll actually read them.
A community-driven conversation series from the Abuja PR Network that brings readers, creatives, students and young professionals together over coffee, books and honest dialogue. Each edition moves to a new café, restaurant or creative space, so every gathering also puts a local business in the spotlight.
I write the concept notes and conversation scripts: the themes, the guiding questions and the prompts that get a room of strangers talking.
“What conversation would you like Nigeria to be having more often?”
“If you could create a Nigerian reality show, what would it be about?”
“Who has influenced your thinking more: a writer or a musician?”
Every evening follows an event flow I script: structured enough to keep the energy up, open enough that the best moments come from the floor. This is the flow for the reality-TV edition.
Interactive formats keep readers and non-readers alike in the room. There are prompt cards on every table, hot-take icebreakers, and polls where guests physically pick a side: Team Lyrics Matter or Team Vibes Matter.
A small crew runs each gathering, covering production, creative direction, media, logistics and script. As programs manager and script writer, I turn each theme into a flow the whole team can deliver on the night.
A community model and management plan for SAFE SPACE: a WhatsApp-first network for women and girls to learn, connect, access mentorship and get practical support, designed to become a sustainable leadership pipeline.
Women don't need another lecture. They need a community where they feel seen.
Burnout, anxiety, grief, loneliness and imposter syndrome, held in anonymous confessions and “How are you really doing?” check-ins.
Budgeting, saving, side hustles, salary negotiation and freelancing, with female entrepreneurs, financial advisors and women in tech.
A monthly Career Clinic where members submit CVs, cover letters and career questions for review. LinkedIn, leadership and networking.
Personal branding, public speaking and content creation, built through writing prompts, storytelling challenges and opinion discussions.
Friendships, family, dating and boundaries: building the support systems that make everything else possible.
Dear Younger Me
Once a month, members send in anonymous letters to their younger selves. I read selected entries aloud and the community discusses them. It's built on the three things that keep people in a community: stories, vulnerability and participation.
The plan covers a month-by-month theme calendar, weekly expert sessions, mentorship circles, skills workshops, quarterly Abuja meet-ups, school outreach and impact tracking. As community lead and programs manager, my role is not the teacher, but the host, the connector, the conversation starter, and the safe person in the room.
As Abuja PR's event and red-carpet host, I write my own openings and sign-offs, then work the carpet, interviewing guests, speakers and stakeholders for launches, reveals and summits.
I'm Stephanie Osaro with Abuja PR, live at Transcorp Hilton, and welcome to the YEEP '26 Summit, where innovation meets opportunity, and today's conversations could inspire tomorrow's industry leaders.
They say every great wave starts with a ripple, and today we're witnessing the beginning of something exciting. Welcome to the launch of Waves Multimedia Studio Media Hub, where ideas become content, conversations become impact, and creativity finds a home.
From microphones to milestones, today has been all about creating waves that matter. Congratulations to Waves Multimedia Studio, and thank you to everyone who joined us. I'm Stephanie Osaro, signing off.
Red carpet? Check. Stunning people? Check. Mystery product waiting to be unveiled? Double check. The energy is amazing, the outfits are serving, and everyone is here to witness something beautiful.
The vibes were great, the people were amazing, and the reveal definitely lived up to the hype. I'm Stephanie Osaro, signing out.

There are three things Nigerians take very seriously: football, politics, and explaining why their favourite artiste was robbed at an award show.
